    Join Oregon COAAST Network’s Self-Advocacy Group, a welcoming monthly meet-up for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Held every third Tuesday from 1:30–2:30 PM, this group offers a supportive space to connect, share experiences, and build self-advocacy skills. Parents are encouraged to attend with youth ages 13 and under. Registration is required, and Spanish-language services are available.

The event kicks off with a BBQ favorites potluck from 5:30–6:30 PM, followed by the SPARC meeting from 6:30–7:30 PM. Bring a dish to share and enjoy good food while connecting with others who are passionate about self-advocacy and community inclusion. A virtual option is also available for the meeting portion beginning at 6:30 PM via Google Meet (access may be limited). All are welcome! Come learn, share, and support SPARC’s work empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
