  • Inclusive Leadership Summit (Salem/Virtual)

    OSAC’s annual Inclusive Leadership Summit brings together self-advocates, family members, professionals and state leaders. Join us for an afternoon of insightful presentations, engaging discussions, and networking opportunities focused on topics important to Oregonians with I/DD. Breakfast and lunch are included in your ticket if attending in person (limited number of tickets available). There are also tickets available for attending the conference online as well. 

  • People First of Corvallis Self-Advocacy Meeting (Corvallis)

    Join People First of Corvallis, a welcoming and inclusive self-advocacy group for individuals in the intellectual and developmental disabilities community. This monthly meeting provides a safe space to connect, share experiences, build skills, and advocate for positive change together. Meetings are held on the fourth Friday of each month from 5:00–6:00 PM at the Corvallis Community Center (Oak Room), 2601 NW Tyler Ave. The space is ADA accessible, and snacks and drinks are provided. Come learn, connect, and make your voice heard!

  • Lincoln County SPARC – Hatfield Marine Science Center Trip (Newport)

    Join Lincoln County SPARC (Self Protection, Advocacy and Rights Council) for a welcoming and informative gathering. This gathering is a great opportunity to connect, learn, and share your voice in your community. In October we are visiting the Hatfield Marine Science Visitor Center. Don't miss the octopus feeding at 1pm! There is a $5 admission fee for this event, but financial assistance is available (indicate need for financial assistance on registration form).     SPARC Halloween Karaoke Party Join SPARC for a fun-filled Halloween Karaoke Party. Enjoy music, singing, party snacks, and a treats potluck. Costumes are encouraged, and everyone is welcome to attend. Come celebrate the season, connect with friends, and support self-advocacy in our community! Cost: Free to attend What to bring: A potluck snack or treat to share (optional) and your Halloween spirit!

Bring your favorite dish to share and celebrate the season with friends, neighbors, and community partners. This welcoming event is a great opportunity to connect with others, enjoy a variety of homemade foods, and give thanks together.

  • SPARC Meeting & Thanksgiving Potluck (Monmouth)

    Join SPARC (Self Protection, Advocacy and Rights Council) for an evening of community, connection, and advocacy at the PCL Administrative Office (Columbia Room) in Monmouth. The event kicks off with a potluck from 5:30–6:30 PM, followed by the SPARC meeting from 6:30–7:30 PM. Bring a dish to share and enjoy good food while connecting with others who are passionate about self-advocacy and community inclusion. This month will be a Thanksgiving Potluck theme!
