The Transition Program will share information about options after high school as well as their Community Transitions Programs. There will be resource tables hosted by community partners sharing information about services and resources available as well, including ISN!

This free event offers an opportunity to connect with a wide range of local service providers and organizations dedicated to supporting individuals and families. Attendees can explore resources including ISN, DSP Connections, Vocational Rehabilitation, Santiam Hospital, Marion County Employment, Willamette ESD Early Intervention, and more. Come meet community partners, ask questions, and learn about services available to support disability and mental health needs.

This free, all-ages event features a BBQ lunch, music by DJ Ben Johnson, lawn and cornhole games, ice cream, snow cones, and opportunities to connect with individuals, families, service providers, and community organizations.
