    Come gather information from various community organizations and programs to support adult students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. There will be information about the Ella Curran Food Bank, migrant/homeless/foster programs, Central School District after school program, Polk County crisis van, Community Services Consortium, supported living and work supports, and MORE! What is a Transition Fair? This event helps adult students gather information and access supporting services. These services will help students in independent living options, as well as employment and secondary education.
