Central School District 2025 Transition Fair

Come gather information from various community organizations and programs to support adult students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. There will be information about the Ella Curran Food Bank, migrant/homeless/foster programs, Central School District after school program, Polk County crisis van, Community Services Consortium, supported living and work supports, and MORE!

What is a Transition Fair? This event helps adult students gather information and access supporting services. These services will help students in independent living options, as well as employment and secondary education. Families can connect with various community organizations and programs to help successfully reach their ultimate individual goals.
