Yamhill County Community Resource Fair for individuals experiencing intellectual/developmental disabilities. Adults and students of all ages are welcome. Come learn about resources for a variety of things including employment services, case management, mental health, transportation, and community inclusion. This event is free. There will be snacks, swag, and prizes! |

Come gather information from various community organizations and programs to support adult students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. There will be information about the Ella Curran Food Bank, migrant/homeless/foster programs, Central School District after school program, Polk County crisis van, Community Services Consortium, supported living and work supports, and MORE! What is a Transition Fair? This event helps adult students gather information and access supporting services. These services will help students in independent living options, as well as employment and secondary education. Resource Fair for People with IDD A family friendly event with community resources for those living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD). Masks will be available. There will be Spanish and ASL interpretation available. There will be a quiet sensory room for those who need a break.
