COVID-19

ISN Support Services Brokerage remains open during our regular business hours, with limited staff in office. We are working remotely during this time to provide case management and resource connections for individuals we serve.

If you test positive for COVID-19, your Personal Support Worker (PSW) is required to notify ISN. ISN will then notify Oregon Health Authority (OHA) ODDS. “Presumed positive” is defined by OHA as “initial test for COVID-19 was positive.” Providers must follow Public Health/Oregon Health Authority direction and OHA guidance for in-home workers. ISN providers will follow all physician requirements, including quarantine, and will restrict all visitors other than necessary persons to ensure proper safety and care. Providers will help support you in gathering supplies for the isolation period and relocating to an alternative setting if necessary.

Vaccines

COVID vaccines are being distributed now in Oregon. They have been tested and proven effective. Oregon leaders have a plan that specifies who can receive the COVID-19 vaccine, and offering it first to those who are at greatest risk of getting COVID-19 or getting very sick with COVID-19.

There are three phases to the roll-out plan. Each phase includes various specified groups.

Adults and youth (age 16+) with developmental disabilities, their families and support workers (Phase 1a) are currently eligible to receive the vaccine.

Vaccine Scheduling for those served through ISN

If you need help scheduling your vaccine appointment, contact your provider or Personal Agent. The Call Center is open 8-5pm on weekdays and 8-4pm on weekends.
