The Transition Program will share information about options after high school as well as their Community Transitions Programs.     Join ISN and community partners for the CTP Bridge Event at 1545 NE Evans St. in McMinnville! Families and students are invited to learn about next steps after school and explore adult support services. Drop in for the open house, hear from community partners, and connect directly with organizations offering disability services, vocational rehabilitation, community programs, and more.
