This month, they will bring in a local fitness expert with an engaging, interactives session designed to get you moving and grooving, no matter where you are on your fitness path. The fitness expert will demonstrate a variety of exercises that you can do anywhere, at home or in the gym, with options for every fitness level. Register here!     Neuroconnect is a "Neurodiverse Community Alliance" for children and families with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They offer support groups for 12-17 year olds, 18-25 year olds, and Caregivers and Adults. Free dinner, childcare provided, and transportation assistance provided! 1st hour is for dinner, the 2nd hour is spent in age divided support groups discussing topics advocated for by members such as navigating friendships, building skills, mental health, and more!
