Join Oregon COAAST Network’s Self-Advocacy Group, a welcoming monthly meet-up for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Held every third Tuesday from 1:30–2:30 PM, this group offers a supportive space to connect, share experiences, and build self-advocacy skills. Parents are encouraged to attend with youth ages 13 and under. Registration is required, and Spanish-language services are available.

Step into a magical evening where fairy tales come to life at Essential Services’ 4th Annual Prom! This event is completely free and open to everyone in the I/DD community. Whether you arrive dressed as royalty, your favorite fairy tale character, or simply your favorite outfit, everyone is welcome to celebrate! Come dance the night away, vote for your 2026 Royal Court, and make new friends. Finger foods and beverages will be served. Please RSVP using the website link provided.
Join the Autism Society of Oregon for a sensory friendly private encore screening of Spiderman: Brand New Day. This is a smaller capacity theatre to allow for less over stimulation. This is a friendly inclusive space accessible to all. There are a limited number of wheelchair seats available. Headphones and fidgets will be available, there will be bean bags for crash pads, weighted plushies to snuggle if needed, sounds will be lower, and there will be a little lighting to make it a more welcoming space. Join OSAC for Advocate Meetings held on the first Friday of every month from 2:00–4:00 PM.
