Adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their caregivers are invited to come learn, create, and find community! PAL lasts one hour and usually follows this schedule: Sensory-friendly storytime with puppets, songs, and bubbles (15 minutes) September's themed group activity: Pick a karaoke song, perform and sing along together! (20-30 minutes) Creativity stations (adult coloring pages, Lego building) (15-20 Minutes) All materials provided. Registration is required. Please register each participant. Participants are asked to attend with a caregiver. An American Sign Language interpreter will be present whenever possible. Free. This program is supported by the Salem Public Library Foundation and the Friends of the Salem Public Library. This event will be presented in English. Join Essential Services for a day of fun in the sand as we say farewell to summer. This event is open to everyone in the I/DD community and is free to attend. Please RSVP. Unfortunately, the beach with the Moby Mat is under construction, so the sand is not wheelchair accessible. The picnic area is accessible, and the bathrooms are as well.

ISN will be at Wortman Stadium at McMinnville High School for Grizzfest, their annual Exploration Fair, sharing resources and information about developmental disability services. Students, parents, and community members are invited to explore resources and opportunities. Join us!
The Pacific Northwest's largest Oktoberfest fills this small Willamette Valley town's streets with biergartens, a Grand Parade, and Northwest wines and microbrews each September. It's been running since 1966 and draws crowds many times the town's population. You can also see wiener dog races, a car show, the Glockenspiel, or shop the arts and crafts booths.
Join for an afternoon of music, movement, and fun at Dance Now! This free, inclusive event is designed for people with disabilities (high school age and older). Enjoy dancing and community in a welcoming space for a Sports-themed celebration. Held on the third Thursday of the month at the Bob Chisholm Community Center in Seaside.
Join NeuroConnect, a monthly gathering that brings together neurodiverse youth, young adults, and parents for connection, support, and community. Each meeting includes a light dinner, opportunities to build friendships, and breakout support groups for ages 12-17, ages 18-25, and parents. Dinner and childcare are provided. Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Scappoose Foursquare Church.
