  • People First of Corvallis Self-Advocacy Meeting (Corvallis)

    Join People First of Corvallis, a welcoming and inclusive self-advocacy group for individuals in the intellectual and developmental disabilities community. This monthly meeting provides a safe space to connect, share experiences, build skills, and advocate for positive change together. Meetings are held on the fourth Friday of each month from 5:00–6:00 PM at the Corvallis Community Center (Oak Room), 2601 NW Tyler Ave. The space is ADA accessible, and snacks and drinks are provided. Come learn, connect, and make your voice heard!

  • Day at the Zoo (Portland)

    Join Essential Services for a day at the Portland Zoo. This event is free to attend; however, there are limited tickets so you MUST RSVP (see link). Please Note: You must be at the gate on time (no later than 1pm) for entry tickets. Food and drinks will not be provided. You are encouraged to bring a sack lunch. **The zoo does not take cash.** No open toe shoes or flip flops allowed for this event.

  • Movie Fun @ The Elsinore (Salem)

    Monthly Movie Fun at the Elsinore presents The Haunted Mansion (2003) This is part of a special series of free movies for adults experiencing disability. Qualifying adults are clients of Marion or Polk County DD Services, Resource Connections of Oregon (RCO), or Integrated Services Network (ISN). The password is available from each adult's case manager and will remain the same for all movies in this series. Captions will be on and the volume will be reduced compared to other movie showings to respect and make welcome those with sound sensitivities. Movies in the series will take place every third Tuesday at 1pm through June 2027. 

  • Neon Nights Adult Prom (Salem)

    Join NeuroNavigations Northwest for I/DD Adult Prom: Neon Nights, an inclusive celebration for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and those who identify as neurodiverse. October 22 and 23, 5:30pm–8:30pm at 1230 State St, Salem. Enjoy music, dancing, neon lights, snacks, drinks, prizes, and raffles (included with reservation). Calmer space and sensory items will be offered on-site separate from the dance room. Please choose one night per individual. Spots are first come first serve. $20 entry tickets. Support persons may attend free but must be limited to one per individual due to the building's capacity limits.
