Join NeuroConnect, a monthly gathering that brings together neurodiverse youth, young adults, and parents for connection, support, and community. Each meeting includes a light dinner, opportunities to build friendships, and breakout support groups for ages 12-17, ages 18-25, and parents. Dinner and childcare are provided. Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Scappoose Foursquare Church.
Looking for a creative outlet or a place to work on your latest project? Join the Crafters Maker Space on the third Friday of every month from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Columbia Pacific Food Bank in St. Helens. Materials such as clay, paint, beading supplies, drawing materials, and other crafting tools are provided. Participants are also welcome to bring their own projects to work on in a welcoming, creative environment.
Join the Community RC Club for a fun morning of remote-control car activities at McCormick Park! Participants can enjoy hands-on RC car experiences, connect with others in the community, and take part in activities, prizes, and a light lunch. The club meets on the third Saturday of each month and welcomes all experience levels.
Paint & Pizza at The Jordan Center Join Advocate Access NW for an afternoon of creativity, community, and pizza! Hosted by Bradley Viles and Jennifer Kirk, this fun and inclusive event welcomes participants of all ages to enjoy painting in a relaxed, supportive environment. They provide all the art supplies and pizza. You bring your creativity! Paint & Pizza is held every third Saturday of the month and is open to everyone. This community event welcomes participants of all abilities and encourages everyone to dance, move, and have fun in a relaxed outdoor setting.
