Who do I notify of a name change?

For name changes, please complete the following steps:

  1. Send a copy of your updated Oregon Driver’s License (front/back) with your name change to [email protected]
  2. Send the state a copy of the PEAA with your new information. Make sure to add your provider number and state this is for a name change.
  3. Send a formal request to PPL: [email protected]

How do I obtain a 147-C letter to become an Employer of Record?

Please contact the IRS.  You will need your Social Security Number and to confirm your identity while on the phone.  This is best done in the morning as they operate on Eastern Time.  Please ask that a 147-C letter be sent to you so that you can confirm your EIN.  Submit the letter to Public Partnerships.

Where do I go for Carewell training?

Carewell training is completed through SEIU.  Please go to the website below to sign up for a training session in your area.  Please note that there are three parts.  The first is an in-person session and is required to receive your provider number.  Once you receive your provider number, you will be able to complete the last two online trainings.

How do I open an encrypted email?

How do I send encrypted messages for timesheets?

There are several ways to go about this.  You may wish to sign up for an encrypted email service such as Proton.  You can create a free account at PROTONMAIL.COM

You may also request the billing department email you an encrypted email which you can then attach your timesheet information to.  Please note that these emails may need to be renewed.

 

How do I update my direct deposit information?

Where do I find information about how to go about getting additional credentials for Personal Support Worker?

Oregon Home Care Commission works with Oregon State University to provide additional training. (PACE)  PACE is the OHCC’s Learning Management System.  There is information on Professional, Enhanced, and Exceptional Certification for PSW’s. We have listed two very helpful sites below:
