POG Conference 2025 – Carnival Fun in Columbia County
On Thursday, May 15th, we hosted our annual POG Conference, this year in Columbia County with a lively carnival theme! The event featured classic games, raffle tickets, and exciting prizes — including weighted stuffed animals donated by the Autism Society of Oregon and a gift basket from the Oregon Resource Association.
Attendees had the chance to visit a range of resource vendors, including Oregon State University (OSU), The ARC, Access Technologies, the Autism Society of Oregon, and the Oregon Resource Association. Educational sessions covered important topics like cooking safety presented by Emily with OSU, healthy relationships and boundaries presented by Samantha and Jackie , PSW tips and tricks thanks to our provider specialist team and Patrice with Creating Opportunities, and the kickoff of our new Parent & Caregiver Resource Panel.
It was a day full of learning, connection, and fun. A big thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the event a success — we’re already looking forward to next year!
