Our History

Child Youth and Family Integrated Services Network was founded by four established social service entities based in the Willamette Valley in the Mid-1990’s.  Together, Catholic Community Services of the Mid-Willamette Valley, Chehalem Youth and Family Services, Rainbow Family Services and Polk County Mental Health created a platform to encourage care coordination in social services.

Integrated Services Network opened the Support Services Brokerage in 2001 with 126 customers in 8 Oregon Counties.

In 2019, Catholic Community Service assumed sole ownership of the brokerage, and today, we serve 557 individuals across Benton, Clatsop, Columbia, Lincoln, Marion, Tillamook and Yamhill County.
