Our History

Child Youth and Family Integrated Services Network was founded by four established social service entities based in the Willamette Valley in the Mid-1990’s.  Together, Catholic Community Services of the Mid-Willamette Valley, Chehalem Youth and Family Services, Rainbow Family Services and Polk County Mental Health created a platform to encourage care coordination in social services.

Integrated Services Network opened the Support Services Brokerage in 2001 with 126 customers in 8 Oregon Counties.

In 2019, Catholic Community Service assumed sole ownership of the brokerage. In 2024, we obtained nonprofit status and currently serve 557 individuals across Benton, Clatsop, Columbia, Lincoln, Marion, Polk, Tillamook and Yamhill County.
