Held every third Tuesday from 1:30–2:30 PM, this group offers a supportive space to connect, share experiences, and build self-advocacy skills. Parents are encouraged to attend with youth ages 13 and under. The event kicks off with a BBQ favorites potluck from 5:30–6:30 PM, followed by the SPARC meeting from 6:30–7:30 PM. Bring a dish to share and enjoy good food while connecting with others who are passionate about self-advocacy and community inclusion. A virtual option is also available for the meeting portion beginning at 6:30 PM via Google Meet (access may be limited). All are welcome! This monthly meeting provides a safe space to connect, share experiences, build skills, and advocate for positive change together. Meetings are held on the fourth Friday of each month from 5:00–6:00 PM at the Corvallis Community Center (Oak Room), 2601 NW Tyler Ave. The space is ADA accessible, and snacks and drinks are provided.
