    ISN would like to learn more about your experience with intellectual and developmental disability services, any gaps in services, and how your needs are or are not being met. Please join us for a listening session so we can hear from you! There will be snacks and prizes! Please RSVP by March 21st to help us plan for food and accommodate any language interpretation services needed.   • Central School District 2025 Transition Fair

    Come gather information from various community organizations and programs to support adult students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. There will be information about the Ella Curran Food Bank, migrant/homeless/foster programs, Central School District after school program, Polk County crisis van, Community Services Consortium, supported living and work supports, and MORE! What is a Transition Fair? This event helps adult students gather information and access supporting services. These services will help students in independent living options, as well as employment and secondary education. Families can connect with various community organizations and programs to help successfully reach their ultimate individual goals. If you have questions contact Marie at mhardwick@central.k12.or.us

    Join us in person for this quarter's policy oversight group meeting! Contact your personal agent by May 20th to order your lunch if you plan to join us! There will be a virtual option for those who cannot attend in person. All ISN individuals, their families, and their supports are welcome to attend, whether this is your first time, or you join us every time! Each meeting has a different topic, this month will be around gardening! Potluck: 5:30pm - 6:30pm Meeting: 6:30pm - 7:30pm You can join in person or virtually.
