The Self Protection, Advocacy and Rights Council (SPARC) is a self-advocacy group established in 2001. Dance Now is a free dance hosted each month in Clatsop County on the third Thursday. It is open to all people with disabilities who are high school age and older. This month’s theme will be hats.
