DESCRIPTION:Come gather information from various community organizations and programs to support adult students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. There will be information about the Ella Curran Food Bank\, migrant/homeless/foster programs\, Central School District after school program\, Polk County crisis van\, Community Services Consortium\, supported living and work supports\, and MORE! \nWhat is a Transition Fair? This event helps adult students gather information and access supporting services. These services will help students in independent living options\, as well as employment and secondary education.
